Didier Drogba scored two goals to lead the Ivory Coast to a fourth straight win in qualifying. The Elephants have scored 15 goals in four matches in Group E and are one point away from reaching a second straight World Cup.
African champion Egypt won 1-0 at last-place Rwanda in Group C.
