WAMCO, the makers of Peak Milk are on their way to Abuja for Sunday’s World Cup cracker against Tunisia.. They will be there to support Eagles. Peak Milk, their product is the official milk of the Eagles.

And among other things, they will be in Abuja with their symbolic cheque for $5,000.
The money will be for whoever emerges the Man Of The Match.
“Peak Milk has been there for the Super Eagles for long now and their contribution to football is highly commendable,” said Mike Itemuagbor of Pamodzi, the sports marketers of the Nigeria Football Federation.

Osaze Odemwingie, Chidi Odiah, Ike Uche, Nwankwo Kanu are among the players who, at different times in the past, won the Peak Milk prize. The winner of the prize is free to pledge or donate the prize or part of it to any charity organisation of his choice. The Presidential Task Force on 2010 World Cup is also offering $10,000 as victory bonus to each player.

Nigeria team officials have shrugged off the knee injury that Nwankwo Kanu picked up in training leading up to Sunday's World Cup showdown in Abuja, insisting the durable Portsmouth ace will still have a role to play in the crunch tie.

There were two other injury scares involving FC Sion defender Yusuf Mohammed and goalkeeper Austin Ejide, but both players have been certified fit for the match.

This means that Nigeria will have a full compliment of their players for this all-important encounter against Tunisia, the outcome of which many observers see as crucial in producing the overall winner of Group Two and qualifier for next year's World Cup in South Africa.

Tunisia lead the standings with seven points from four matches, while Nigeria are second on five points. Kenya are placed third with three points and Mozambique have recorded a point.
